Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized Ontario postal location or courier drop-point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
